Samen spelen aims at providing a good and professional service. This also holds if parents have a complaint or would like to make a suggestion. We would like to know when you are not contented with our service. We can then start working on a solution. For complaints concerning the daily practices, you can approach one of the staff members in the groups. For administration complaints you can approach the management team in the office. If you have a complaint, it is best if you first discuss it with those it concerns or with their supervisor. This clarifies things faster and allows us to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If this does not work out, it is possible to formally complain with the Complaint Commission.

Moreover, there is an external Complaint Commission to which you can go. You can take your complaint to the Geschillencommissie Kinderopvang en Peuterspeelzalen (Complaint Commission daycare and pre-school).
